SOLUTION  

The dance movement that catches my attention is from the dance group Pilobolus. This modern dance company started at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire in 1970 (Martin & Jacobus, 2018).  Where three friends from different professional backgrounds took a class with Allison Beker Chase; they composed a particular dance, and they called it Pilobolus during that class. This name is due to the fungus called “Pilobolus crystallinus” since its way of reproduction is through the air with an acceleration speed of 0 to 45 mph in its first millimeter of flight. Then it adheres to any surface it finds to reproduce. This name is also because the father of one of the dancers, Jhonatan Walker, was a biologist and studied this fungus.
