SOLUTION  

As a nurse, we receive and interpret patient information on a day-to-day basis.  Data provides a wide array of vital information that allows nurses and other health members of the team to treat patients.  Data becomes knowledge by interconnecting the information given. Knowledge becomes wisdom when the information has been implemented  (Mc Gonigle & Mastrain, 2018).

An example that reflects the different examples of knowledge would be an 11-year-old child who had a visit for vaccines.
