1. Analyze and evaluate how your thinking was challenged in this course related to transformational leadership to influence contemporary organizations.
One of the most critical aspects of leadership I have been exposed to in this course related to transformational leadership is the concept of transformation. Transformation is a process of change that requires a leader to be creative and think outside the box. To influence contemporary organizations, a leader must be willing to challenge conventional thinking and be open to new ideas and approaches (Poghosyan & Bernhardt, 2018). In addition, a leader must understand the importance of collaboration and involving stakeholders in decision-making.
