A.    Assess your ability to gather information on your client within the iHuman Virtual Patient Encounter.

I have attached my first attempt and my last attempt to the assignment submission for reference of this reflection. I believe I did well on my first attempt, but I was unfamiliar with the software. I asked many questions during the history of present illness interview, but they were not exactly the correct questions to ask. I asked 102 total questions, only 10 of the questions were correct, and 11 questions were missed. The hardest part for me was deciding which questions were appropriate and trying to focus on the main problem. I realized with my review at the end I asked a lot of questions and was doing more of a comprehensive exam than a focused.
